Biography:
Dr. Mustafa Ramazan is the founder and principal of Rawan Online School, and a leading figure in the field of digital education and educational leadership. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the Faculty of Education at McGill University in Canada. Prior to that, he completed his Master's degree at the Aga Khan University, Institute for Educational Development, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Inclusive Education from Kabul Education University.
With over a decade of experience in education, academic management, and curriculum development—especially in online and under served contexts—Dr. Ramazan has made significant contributions toward improving access to quality education in marginalized communities. Through the establishment of Rawan Online School, he has created an innovative and accessible learning environment, particularly for students in remote and disadvantaged areas.
His academic and professional interests include educational leadership, technology in education, educational equity, and teacher empowerment. Driven by a transformative vision and a deep commitment to social justice, Dr. Ramazan seeks to bring sustainable and inclusive change to education systems in developing contexts.
